Loading from Cache

When you first open an existing structure, you may see a spinning wheel. This "loading" indicator is letting you know the structure was loaded from cache (in order to open the structure as quickly as possible), and Structure is syncing it with the data in Jira, to make sure the hierarchy is up to date.

When you see this indicator:

• The hierarchy you see may be outdated, but the values in issue fields are accurate and up to date.
• You can't add items or move items in the structure, but you can edit issue fields.

Once Structure makes sure you have the most up-to-date version, the loading indicator will go away, and you can make any changes you need to the structure.
