Definition
Deskzilla workspace is a directory that contains all environment needed to work in Deskzilla. By running Deskzilla with different workspaces, the user is able to work in different environments, similar to working with different documents in an editor.By default, Deskzilla workspace is located in $HOME/.Deskzilla
On Windows, this folder looks like files and configuration created by Deskzilla, including:
- Local database
- Connections configuration
- Downloaded attachments
- Deskzilla customization files
- Logs
Location
By default, workspace is located in ".Deskzilla" (".JIRAClient") sub-directory in the user's home directory. The exact location depends on the operating system and its configuration:
