Queries are a convenient tool which allows users to create, save, and run bug filters, thus viewing the bugs, which meet the specified criteria - for example, critical bugs submitted today.
Deskzilla is installed with several default sample queries, which can be removed if necessary.
To run the query double-click the query name in the navigation pane or select it and click the Run Query button (
) in the Application Toolbar.
Next to the query the number of bugs which this query selects is shown.
