JIRA Client does not run at full screen size in a window manager.

Switch to the unbundled JRE version of JIRA Client and move a system to 1.6.0_15 JRE.

New Issue dialog fields are blank.
Pointer is dislocated.
JIRA Client window is not maximized.

The reason for these problems is that Motif libraries are not installed on the system. To do so, set AWT_TOOLKIT=MToolkit in the environment and install Lesstif.
