Data Residency

Structure, Structure.Gantt, and Confluence Helper for Structure all support data residency for the following regions:

• Germany (Frankfurt): “https://app.eu.tempo.io”

• EU: “https://app.eu.tempo.io”

• United States: “https://app.us.tempo.io”

To migrate your Structure/Structure.Gantt data to a specific location, contact Atlassian. Please do not delete either app, unless requested to do so by Atlassian or the Structure support team.

After migrating your app data:

• OAuth apps and API integration tokens will need to be recreated so they correspond with the new region.

Troubleshooting

• If you uninstalled/reinstalled Structure and have lost data, please stop using Structure and contact our Support Team immediately.

• Structure and Structure.Gantt both need to be installed in the same region to work together. If you already have one app installed and the installation of the other app fails, please contact our Support Team so they can investigate.
