Sometimes Deskzilla cannot detect if flags are enabled in Bugzilla and starts without the flags support.
If you do have flags in your Bugzilla and want to make sure there are flags in Deskzilla, please do the following:
- Create a text file called deskzilla.properties (“properties” is file’s extension ) with a single line in it: deskzilla.force.flags=true.
- Place it either in the folder where Deskzilla is installed (by default C:\Program Files\Deskzilla) or in the Workspace folder.
- Restart Deskzilla.
This should solve the problem.
