Quick Search located at the top of the Deskzilla Main Window allows you to search for bugs by several parameters:

  • Search by bug IDs
  • Search by bug URLs
  • Search by words or phrases

To search by IDs:

  1. In the navigation area select the element where you wish to search for the bugs.
  2. Click the Quick Search input field. The selected element and all its sub-elements will be highlighted in the navigation area.
  3. Specify the IDs of the bugs you want to find separated by commas or semicolons and press Enter or click the Run text search button  Image Added located next to the input field.
