Quick Search located at the top of the Deskzilla Main Window allows you to search for bugs by several parameters:
- Search by bug IDs
- Search by bug URLs
- Search by words or phrases
To search by IDs:
- In the navigation area select the element where you wish to search for the bugs.
- Click the Quick Search input field. The selected element and all its sub-elements will be highlighted in the navigation area.
- Specify the IDs of the bugs you want to find separated by commas or semicolons and press Enter or click the Run text search buttonÂ
