- In the navigation area select the element where you wish to search for the bugs.
- Click the Quick Search input field. The selected element and all its sub-elements will be highlighted in the navigation area.
- Specify the words you are looking for and press Enter or click the Run text search button
located next to the input field. - Deskzilla will search for the bugs containing specified words in some field in the element selected.
- The results are shown in the bugs table.
You can also define and use search scopes. To access this function click the magnifying glass icon 
next to the search input field.
