If your company firewall is preventing you from accessing Structure, we recommend adding the following addresses to your whitelist: https://structure.app and https://<YOUR_DOMAIN_ID>.structure.app
- If this does not solve the problem, you can also use the Structure app IP address. To obtain the current IP address, perform a dns lookup for domain structure.app.
When adding Structure to your whitelist, use the following configurations:
- Source IP address and source port - any:any
- Destination port and IP address - port: 443, destination host: structure.app (IP: <Address returned from dns lookup>)
The domain ID can be found in the Structure Help menu | About | Debug.
We recommend using "structure.app" over the IP address whenever possible, as the app IP address is subject to change.
