Pocket Desk keeps track of the time left to work on the current issue, before it misses the SLA goal.
Even when you have closed Pocket Desk, it tracks the time and shows you the reminders on the iPhone screen when SLA status changes (SLA status is expressed as grey, yellow or red color in JIRA Service Desk and on Current Issue View in Pocket Desk).
So if you get a notification from Pocket Desk, it's better to check the current issue and see if you need to hurry with an action.
