Queries are a convenient tool which allows users to create, save, and run bug filters, thus viewing the bugs, which meet the specified criteria - for example, critical bugs submitted today.
Deskzilla is installed with several default sample queries, which can be removed if necessary.
To run the query double-click the query name in the navigation pane or select it and click the Run Query button 
in the Application Toolbar.
After the query is ran once next to the query the number of bugs which this query selects is shown in blue 
.Queries which return empty results are grayed out.
