At times it may be reasonable to clear Deskzilla/JIRA Client's local database (a.k.a. local cache) and then download all the data from server again.
WARNING: Clearing local database will also remove all tags from issues.
To clear cache, you basically have to remove "db" folder in the workspace directory.
- Stop Deskzilla/JIRA Client if it is running;
- Locate workspace directory: Deskzilla workspace, JIRA Client workspace;
- Backup workspace -- How to backup your workspace;
- Remove "db" and "system" sub-folders in the workspace;
- Start Deskzilla/JIRA Client.
